Louis XV Steinway Model Baby Grand Piano in Walnut
Mint Condition in beautiful walnut. Best soundboard I have ever heard. Played by a Van Cliburn contestant at a private concert in my home. S, it was signed by John Steinway himself before he passed away, making this a very rare treasure! The original owner was a prominent oil man in Houston who lived in one of the most expensive homes in Houston on River Oaks Blvd.
The elegance of 18th-century France is reproduced in this delicately hand carved instrument made of beautiful walnut wood in the rare Louis XV carved style, including the legs and molding. Even the top lid of the piano is scalloped in beautiful detail.
Length: 5'7 (170 cm). The piano fit for a King!
