Piano in good to very good condition but requiring some servicing to playing action: adjust lost motion and regulation, re-bush and re-pin damper levers, and a possible bass string replacement (one string of 1st double rattles). Piano was refinished, the hammers replaced with new, keytops replaced, under key felting replaced with new and completely restrung with new strings along with oversized tuning pins.
