Bass Set of 27 Baldwin Grand Model M Hammers, Fits Others, See Description

  
Please note: these hammers were bored at the Baldwin factory. I acquired much of the remaining contents of the factory in Oct 2018. I do not know the age of these hammers but they are in good condition. They appear to be Renner hammers but they have been shaped and tapered which removed any stamping that would have been present prior to working them (including the numbers). After taking the photos I discreetly numbered them near the shank hole in the event they became mixed up. Quick note: I've been getting some questions along the lines of "will this fit my piano". I certainly don't mind questions and will be glad to help with some additional information. I've added a photo showing and hopefully visually defining some of the measurements and angles involved. Bore distance and rake angle are probably the most important as they determine the strike point of the hammer. Bore distance (tip of felt to center of hole for shank) - 59mm / 2.32. Bore angle - 15 degrees throughout. Rake angle - 0 degrees. Quantity - 27, numbered 0 through 26.
