Year unknown, but similiar in design to actions found online. This is a " No Rattle" Kurtz Seeburg Co. This action model from what I gather is a coin piano action.

I beleive it is from the 1920s or earlier. High Grade Action Rockford Ill. Box also Says Compliments of the Kurtz Seeburg Co.
