Nord Grand 2 88-Key Stage Piano with Kawai Responsive Hammer Keybed. Raising the bar for stage pianos, the luxurious Nord Grand 2 improves on its predecessor by adding the latest-generation premium Responsive Hammer keybed from Kawai, a new user interface, more instrument layers, more memory, and more effects, providing keyboardists worldwide with a genuinely unique experience for live gigs onstage or in the studio. Thanks to its three sensors per key, the 88-key Kawai keybed offers an unprecedented level of control across the entire dynamic range to deliver the authentic feel of an acoustic grand piano. The two independent piano layers and two sample synths allow for complex sound combinations and greater flexibility for performance and sound creation.
Dedicated LED faders for each layer and knobs and buttons for all essential functions allow for quick and easy adjustments required in a live performance. The Effects section has been greatly expanded, with new Spring, Booth, and Cathedral reverbs, a new Spin effect, and an improved delay. The Grand 2 includes the Nord Triple Pedal 2. 88-key, new generation Kawai Responsive Hammer keybed with Triple Sensors. Keyboard Touch: 3 velocity response curves.
