Steinway Model AIII (6' 4 1/5) 1916 High Polish Ebony Rebuilt to perfection
The A III (6' 4 1/2) is one of the most special pianos that Steinway ever made. It is wider than a Steinway B so you have a warmth that is different than a B. This warmth creates a slightly darker tone. More chocolate that most pianos. This is a rare opportunity for you to own a Model A III. Everyone that plays this piano loves the darkness of the tone. But you still have that Classic Steinway Tone. This piano is located in our Dallas Steinway Selection Room along with 7 additional Steinway Bs.
Book an Appointment to spend a Day or ½ Day in the Dallas Steinway Selection Room and play 8 of the most wonderful pianos available in the US. Once you have tried the A III you will be in love with this sound. 18 months in the making. Including new Kluge Key Sticks.
They would have to send the Keys to Kluge (a Steinway owned company) and wait 6 months for them to construct a new set of keys. New Board, New Pin Block, And new Strings, etc. This is not an inexpensive rebuild.
